Which is currently the lightest Yonex racquet around? Just shifted back to Z-slash from AT900P and loving it. Just wondering whether are there lighter yonex racquets than Z-Slash around?

    Thank You

P.S. - Wouldnt mind other brand too if they are good enough. Heard of Karkal but I think they are not available in India.

APacs offer among the lightest range of racket if you really want to try lightest one. they have series with weight until 7U if im not mistaken.

AT900P can be lighter than Z-Slash but not the other way around ;). Lightest is probably NanoSpeed 3000 or perhaps ArcSaber 3FL but you'd have to put them on a scale ...

^^ I have heard that but it feels the other way around maybe because of headheaviness of AT900P

    Where does Nanospeed 9900 stand?

No sure what do you mean by light. For sure slah z is not in the light category.

MOST Yonex rackets are 3U, which weigh around 85g to 89 g. But the balance point of a racket make it feel(and behave) lighter(or heavier) than another.

Yonex 9000 is consider as a light racket because it has a low balance point, it does really feel quite light for defence play, but lack the punch feeling of the z slah when smash. NS9000 has been discontinued by Yonex but still is available in the market.

NS9900 is slightly heavier than NS9000 but still a fast racket. There are some 4u(below 85g) models around, I think VT80 is one of them. You may want to check it out.

NS3000 is in 4U and head light. So it fells lightest overall.

I would go for NS9900; It's really light and extremely controlable. Remember that rackets also could be "too light" (not enough power).

Go try Yonex Nanospeed 2000 (NS2000) ... so far, the lightest (head-wise) I have tried and IT IS CRAP for me  ... too head-light !!! My game goes hay-wire , just like using a Voltric ZF (head heaviest), mess up my game just as bad ... BOTH EXTREMES ...

    I am a BALANCED GUY ... :D ...come here, CAB20 !!

I have just brought Karakal M-TEC 70, which is just 70gms. Looks good. Will be testing it in couple of days. Supposed to be one of the lightest one around.
