Interesting guess with Annacis Island Visor, but incorrect. One can only view this sign while in Vancouver. Interested parties have been dropping by since the sign has gone up so it is definetely visible. As for "when" I really am not able to give a good answer until closer to the date of.
thanks for your interest

when I say "coming soon" it really means coming soon. The building is brand new and the badminton portion is being built from the ground up with a badminton specific mindset. As you can see, we're quite busy at work at the moment.

Good guess' visor!! Getting warmer. The only new warehouses in that area are the Concert Properties warehouses south of Marine, but those aren't built yet

nice location right between Vancouver and Richmond.
looking at the aerial photos. i am surprised to see so much farmland in East and South Richmond. i'd think with the dense population these lands would've been bought by real estate developer and got developed.
maybe build a few more badminton gyms.
