would it be state of the art if it didn't have it? Terago networks just finished installing their dish on the roof, it will be fast internet

Yes, they would have to include many things since their location lacks nearby amenities. Just provide more reason to play there and people will go there.

aww cmon cappy, just being a great place for badminton isn't enough? Besides, we're neighbours with western Canada's only indoor beach volleyball centre. http://6packbeach.com I'm sure if you asked nicely, they'd be happy to drop the nets down a bit and let you play some "beach badminton"
