if this thread is not suitable for here, please let me know where i can put it. the sale link: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php/100849-US-Yonex-Isometric-Ti-Swing-Power-SS i paypaled the seller on 07/30/11 and asked the seller to ship on monday. i expected to get it before saturday so i can use it as a backup for my tournament. on Monday the seller said he was busy and would ship on next day. on Tuesday i emailed but no response. on Wednesday no response. and i emailed that if he can't ship it then just return my payment. today still no response. i've traded with many people on this forum and this is my first time to get into this kind of trouble. i am wondering if the seller is just too busy to drop one or two lines? if anyone happen to know this seller please help me contact him. thanks.
With paypal you will get your back money! Just go thru resolution and you will get your money back shortly! Thanks for the info so others would not deal with him in the near future!
bro, have peace perhaps he just lost his password to access his email... 14days should be reasonable to wait for cases like these... lucky its not VT80....
thanks for your advice. the problem is that i paypaled by personal to save the seller's processing fee and it can't be disputed. so i might just lost my payment.
i hope so too. but it's hard to believe that the seller emailed on tuesday and then got amnesia in 24 hours. besides, the shipping between our 2 cities won't take longer than 2 business days.
Better do as elite88 says. Better safe than sorry. Heck it's almost been a week and no reply since then. If he replys back...then you can retry at a later date. Funny...he joined in 2007 but has never made a post.
I would never buy from someone on the forum with 0 posts, or very new members. If I was to buy something, I would buy from someone who has good feedback from others who have bought products from them.
@skywalker sorry to hear about your unfortunately encounter. what made you trust in him in the first place?
i've traded with many different people on BC for about dozens of rackets. as i said, no problem at all until this one. might be just time to learn a lesson. i know this guy's name, paypal account and his twitter/facebook account. anyone has better idea to get my problem solved?
if I recall correctly... under US laws... internet crime falls under the FBI jurisdiction... since you have all of his information and essentially how to track him... if you willing to take it that far, you can contact the FBI and have him charged under Internet Fraud...
try contacting the forum's moderators or admins and ask them to do an IP search on the board and see if any multiple user accounts are registered under the same ip address or ip range. then either contact those members who might be the same person or actually ban them all
finally got the racket. item as described except the handle cone detached (should be easy to fix). the seller actually got some emergency health issue, that's why i didn't get any response. i hope this won't damage seller's credit too much. anyway, i believe most of bc guys are pretty decent. wish everyone trade smoothly here.
