My new workplace has a "for fun only" badminton league going on so I want to buy a new racket that I think will suit the style of play I'm going to use there. The criterion is as follows:

Weight - 4U/5U/6U/7U lighter is better
    Balance - Head Light
    Flex - Highly Flexible
Price - As cheap as possible while still good quality
    Head Shape - Isometric

    Does such a racket exist?

Sounds like a plastic racket should do the trick. ;)

perhaps a wish racket? i bought my wish dynamic 970 for around 17usd. it's flexible. as for the balance, it's head light to even balanced. but the weight is U (95 to 100g). the lightest yonex racket is only 4U i guess, and it's quite expensive already.

Kason / APACS / Ashaway all make cheap, superlight rackets (Kason are the cheapest here, but it depends on your location).
Black Knight and Karakal also make superlights, but they're more expensive.
As for quality/performance, I doubt you'll notice any difference - they'll all feel very quick; they'll all be very fragile; none of them will have any power...

All right, I just realized I might have given the impression that I'm looking for a really cheap racket. I'm just looking for one decently priced, nothing above $200.

Try getting the Yonex ArcSaber 3FL. Decently priced(<$200), Poser Factor for High end Yonex(Made In Japan), Feather Light (4U), Head Light, Highly Flexible & Isometric.

Isn't this racket designed more for the ladies though. I'm no lady although sometimes I act like one. :p

I think that's fairly inevitable - generally speaking, guys don't use flexible, super-light rackets.
But yeah, the girly pink / baby blue graphics definitely outweigh any "poser factor" you might get from using an expensive Yonex.
How about a BK Photon / Ghost?

The Black Knight Photon isn't all that flexible. But most of the folks who have one find it is has great performance for its light weight.
    Fragile, though.
