but there are 3-4 stores of badminton back of the MBK

there is a Big sports Stadium

you can find lots of brands there

Yeah, there are big shops behind MBK and national stadium. Go there. VT 80 is available in Bangkok for sure as it is available in Phuket. Yonex shop, the one I know is at Seacon Square newly open this month.
Not sure about the price.
