What I meant was that sometimes badminton is portrayed as having no money in it whatsoever. If only we could get close to the likes of tennis or even snooker in terms of prize $$$

I know, I know^^ Thing is, the money that IS in badminton goes to the top 15-20 in the world. Players below HAVE to become coaches or open shops to make a living after their professional career is over. No comparison to football...where players are bought for 50 million € =.=

that was long ago. Now badminton air over TV2. LCW change taste to China. I heard rumors.

long ago ? he said it on world championship when lcw vs chen jin if im not mistaken.
when the TV2 got mandarin & tamil news they move the broadcast to TV1.
