My stringing machine can not seize and hold a Zymax 62 string, it slips when I try to tighten it with 10 kg

Are there others having the same problem and a solution?

fold a small piece of card (name card, or a thick piece of paper) and insert that into the gripper.

^Or loosen the long screw on the back of the gripper pads (if you haven't already).

Yes, the screw is completely loose, and I have even removed a little to the plate screw sits in. .. And using the paper it's enabled me to opstrenge a racket ... But it's a hassle and slow on the way :-(
