Hi, I'm new on this forum. I would like to have some recommendation for a price point of 100-120$ approximately. I'm an intermediate player and I'm mostly offensive. Which one would you recommend between those 2 rackets. VT5 or Tantrum 300 ? If you have another racket to recommend you can suggest me. Thanks !
I own both these rackets. Tantrum 300 is more even balance and stiffer than the VT5 and to me, it gives better control, but takes more effort to generate power. VT5 feels more easier to generate power, but feeling can sometimes feel muted. Might be down to the strings as well, because VT5 is strung with ngb98. BP measured with my finger is approximately 288 for the T300 and 308 for VT5.Might consider Apacs Lethal range , if you want a more offensive racket.
