I have lots of pain in the area under my knees, i'm not sure but I think they're my shins. Does anyone know what this is or how I can stop the pain? Thanks!

You're going to have to be more specific than that. Show us some pics with arrows pointing to the affected area. Age, previous knee injuries, triggers must also be known.

Here's a more specific explanation to my problem.

It's basically the area of my leg above my ankles and below my knees. I can't really take a picture right now. It hurts usually after I play badminton for a few hours, and it hurts alot... I'm only 15 btw and I have had no other knee problems.

Yep, that be the shins alright...
    Sounds like shin splints...
You can prevent those by wearing good shock absorbing court shoes and socks, and don't ever play on concrete/cement gym floors...only on suspended wood gym floors or better yet, badminton mats.
