Injured toes, Advice?
this happened to me about 3 days ago, it was the first time i played in a while, but my my toes are actually bleeding through my socks
advice please?

shoes too tight crosswise. Loosen laces at toe. Or look for different shoe.
But make sure foot not sliding front-back.
Use thick bandaid for now. Good luck.
