I bought an Arc Z Slash last year and took it back to Rose for repair in Hong Kong this February but they never called me back. I decided to email Sunrise, and they told me that they couldnt exchange it, and returned it to Rose already, back in April. Every time I call Rose they say they will call me back but they never did.
