    this sure the first time to see MAS team sending a whole squad (except LCW & Koo/Tan) for this tournament... in order to upgrade ranking an gain more experience...

    2011 Chinese Taipei Open GP Gold: 1 in every 4 MS players are MAS players

    .
    From the list above, I only expect half of the MAS players to be able to make it into Round 2, namely;

    1. Kuan Beng Hong
    2. Chan Kwong Beng
    3. Daren Liew
    4. Arif Abdul Latif
    5. Yogendran Khrishnan
    6. Hafiz Hashim
    7. Woon Kok Hong
    8. Chong Wei Feng

    I think so too

    I think so too. :):):)

    This GP Gold tournament (and other GP tournaments) should be reserved for our 2nd-tier tournament players.

    IMHO, players who are positioned in our BWF's Top Ranking Lists should allow our 2nd-tier tournament players to fight out in our GP tournaments (to get themselves ready to be promoted to SS and/or equivalent or higher-level tournaments).

    INA's best bet for OG gold is having hard time against their unseeded KOR opponent. The opponent is not 'cap ayam' pair though... :p

    Tontowi/Liliyana finally won the match against Yoo/Jang with a rubber game.
    15-21 21-13 21-16

    I think this is a very sufficient warming-up against upcoming matches! :D:D
