This is what we provide for one who joins our badminton club:-
1. We provide bananas and energy drinks to those whom may need
2. We assist to provide pain relief spray if one should have cramps
3. We use quality shuttlecocks and strictly restrict the number of players which is one of our main principles.
Some may "limit" players to a 2hrs court session but it may still ended up with 10 players or even moreEnded up muscles"cooled"
We personally think 6 persons should be the best for a 2hrs session

Venue: Bishan Sports hall<--- click to see map. About 7-10mins walking distance from Bishan Mrt. Come out from exit D if coming via circle line CC15 and walk towards Bishan Place on the left. If via north south line is NS 17, walk towards Junction 8 taxi stand which is along Bishan Place; then go straight and turn right to Bishan St 14 and cross the road to the hall. Park at open air or basement car park.
Time : 8~10pm: CX.
