Live Telecast of the Chinese Taipei Open (Singapore)

There will be a live telecast of the semifinals and finals of the Chinese Taipei Open on Starhub Ch211 this Saturday and Sunday respectively at 12 noon onwards.

No thanks to the overrunning of the live telecast of the US Open tennis tournament, the finals of the Chinese Taipei Open will not be shown. Called up Starhub and was informed by the customer service officer that they will look into this. Wtf....

I also call starhub cs that said she will call me back after asking this issue with their program manager, but till now their never call me back.
Just curious, is this mean starhub breaching any of their promise?
Can we demand, let's say this month fee waiver (at least)?
Anyone from (SG) law society here?

Is this issue happened to other country too?

duh... starhub need to look into having the open to show on another channel...

maybe 201 if it is not showing any live show

that was what I told the staff... ch203 was not showing any programme... obviously the programming department did not have the common sense to telecast the finals on another channel... no thanks to starhub, we missed most of the action of the XD finals...

maybe they r only paid to take care of those few channels..

they wont b able to take its own initiative n broadcast of other channels.. without any management instructions... their heads will roll if they do....
