use to do that when i was younger! unfortunately nowadays my knees give other joints gives up quicker than my heart.
there is an Indonesian actor died because of playing badminton until exhausted at least his wife said that she is ok about that since her husband died when he played his favourite sport.. also, don't stop and sit after playing badminton (until exhausted) because that's what happen to that actor he sits and after that not he is not moving, forever if I'm not wrong they said that it is because he stopped (sit down) suddenly after his heart do a hard work and resulted in heart failure? best thing is to keep walking until you become calm and not too exhausted
Haha! I remember the good ol' days in uni when we played till we dropped at VRC Friday nights from 11pm till 3am! Then we'd go to some 24hr wonton noodle place to eat, then sleep from 7-noon.
I would, but my running skills are far better than my technique and usually I play singles against technically better players so I cant extend the rallies at will. Even with matches against even players, I would need four to five very intense matches to get really exhausted, which rarely happens. Only time I get really exhausted is off court running or biking uphill.
Just curious Kwun, how old are u? I am 48yrs old n my joints are giving in too, after resting for more than 20 minutes it is kind of harder n more tiring to play again. I guess that is because i already cooled down or somethin, he?
