Hi Irina,
Since you are in San Carlos, I would recommend going to Affinity Badminton Club. The best way to find someone to play with would be for you to call in. Ask when it would be a good time to go and meet another player to play with. Normally the front desk person will be able to help you find a suitable player similar to your level.
