You know, the big question here is, what's going to happen to the ArcSaber range? We have the Voltric and the Nanoray.....ArcRazor? LazerArc?

Yep, last year Armortec was replaced by Voltric, this year Nanospeed replaced by Nanoray, so next year we should expect the Arcsaber range to be replaced. Perhaps by Arclaser, Arcphaser?

I'd say the Arc's have a few years left having only been introduced in 2007(?) iirc. NS was 2005? And AT's in 2003? I guess the end is really upon us after all in 2012. YY has sped up their cycle

i still dont understand where the word voltric comes from :S

i imagine Mr Yonex sees the triple speed bumps on the VT70 while he was watching voltron and thinking "hmmm voltron triple?" then shorten it to voltrip, then mispronounce it through the phone :P

I got to see and hold a Nanoray racket (NR700RP)It is really shiny!!!! And the frame is thick compared to a Nanospeed 9900 I haven't tried one yet but I don't know how it will replace a really good racket like the Nanospeed 9900.

hi there ...i need some advice ..i already use at 600,700,900,arc z slash,arc 8dx,ns 9900,vt 70,vt 80...vt 80 very good but in my defends dept..i am very weak..dont know either because the racket or myself...can someone help me..is it i need to buy nanoray...if posibble which nanoray suit me...
pls someone help me...

In my opinion the Nanorays are faster and more powerful than the 9900.
Then again the strings are different, but i like them more.

The strings on my Nanoray are brand new and have a higher tension compared to the 9900.

Defense issue, I think should be lying on yourself. You just pick the best racket that suits you and keep on using it. It will be good if you stick on one racket and train more on your defense=)
