In summary, the differences or unique selling point of the Nanoray series:
1) x-Fullerene in the shaft vs. Fullerene in Nanospeed series
2) (New Aero head) Tapered frame vs. non-tapered frame.Last edited by Badmintan; 09-07-2011 at 08:49 AM.

OR as the pictures says
NR700 RP is only
5% more repulsive (shorter contact time?)
2% more maneuverability (control)
2% more flight distance (power?)
While FX is
2% more repulsion (longer contact time? more flexible)
3% more maneuverability (control)
4% more flight distance (power?)
While the shafts would be
4% more repulsive
6% stiffer
than a conventional racquet (Nanospeed as stated). I assume this means in comparison to what its replacing, NS7000? surely not NS9900 :S
I'd go try for a stiff NR80 since I'm in love with VT5 for a mid-price yonex

For me such 5> is not consider design improvement at all but design tolerance !!Above 10> which make more value addedPurely some marketing gimmick! Changing color from wide body frame....

i have seen it and touch it personally from a baddy shop.
Its nothing but just a widebody version
i cant see it going to be faster than nanospeed series or heavier head than VT80...
yonex just offering a new family as option to those who fancy widebody frame...

That seriously looks like an Aerotus/Widebody, probably you'd see it better on the white one
So the shaft lengths are equal? You'd almost swear there was a difference in this pic:
