i am going to attempt a video. let's see how this goes with a brand new racket, brand new machine, brand new string, and brand new pattern. a recipe for disaster don't you think?

OMG. that was a lot of work. esp with trying to coordinate the video.

video will have to be put together and then later on uploaded. i will try to skip through the boring parts.

I bought a used one and I'll bet it's been strung wrongly.

I used 2-piece top down on mine at 28lbs on BG80. No problems so far (2 months)

I noticed they missed out the grommets at the bottom where the mains and crosses are supposed to be. Instead they shared a grommet at the top to do the cross/mains. Make sense?

What's the benefit of a full woven racquet?

^^ More stiffness and stability. But requires good technique to get the most out of it. Btw MX series is not fully woven frame, only the top most layer.

kwun my MX80 broke recently at the same EXACT spot. its interesting.. maybe that part of the racquet is weaker than the rest of the frame or something

not sure. that's a common place to break for any racket.

i bought a replacement for mine already. now thinking maybe i should get one more.
