Theres some confusion among my group with regards to Apacs stiffness rating, could someone with a link to a reference kindly clarify.

i was under the impression that the higher the number eg 10, the more flexible, but i may be wrong.

a link to a reference would be much appreciated.

    regards,
    asmd.

    APACS use SOTX stiffness rating

for SOTX chart, the bigger the number, the shaft would be more flexible (same as the opposite, lower number means stiffer shaft

    has anyone actually tried it?

20kg is 44lbs. that is A LOT OF weight to be hanging at the racket.

where would the support point be? just the handle?

both the handle and the T-joint. I guess it is ok to apply 20kg at the shaft. Li-Ning does similar test as well.
