    Hi-Qua Blue should be very good, on par with top grade ones, however, the price is not cost effective comparing Aeroplane Black, for example.

    Hi-Qua Blue tends to fray quite quickly and not very durable. flight is decent.

    Aeroplane Black are still hard to beat when it comes to durability and flight, and thus value.
