Clementi Sports Hall - Thursday, 13th October 2011 starting at 12pm - 3pm, Court 01 (Booked)
Feeding is available!!! Now we have about 150 shuttlecocks. Feel free to request any drills and/or rallies you like to practice.

Net Shots:
Tumble, Hairpin, Push, Drop (Screw)

Half Court Continuous Rally
A. Smash - B. Block - A. Clear - B. Smash - A. Block - B. Clear (30-60mins)
A. Drop - B. Block - A. Push - B. Clear (Switch Player)(30-60mins)
We will adjust the training accordingly to attending players.

Shuttlecocks: 120 X Li-Ning Aviation Plus 60 (A+60) and 30 used shuttles.

Fee: $6 (Just trying to cover some costs for shuttlecocks and court)
Court: 01 Receipt no 201110100005823

If you have any questions regarding situations during play, feel free to check with me during the sessions. I should be able to answer your doubts as I've just attended class 3 umpire course.
