Guitar string on a badminton racket?
This may sound outrageous... but what do you guys think about using guitar string on a badminton racket? The material on a guitar string seems to be more durable than badminton ones.

Quote of the Day
Tomatoes and oregano make it Italian; wine and tarragon make it French. Sour cream makes it Russian; lemon and cinnamon make it Greek. Soy sauce makes it Chinese; garlic makes it good.

yeah. i was going in that direction. in fact, i already ordered a pack of stainless steel wire to try it out.
i am not too convince at this point how much weight it will add though, to make a 3U racket into a proper training racket it will require around 40grams. that seems a lot for something that thin. i guess we will find out.

the metal strings might just bite right into the cork of the bird with a hard enough smash or a few slices. The nylon may take a bit longer.

How about a racket with tuning pegs at the end of every string? No more tension loss
