Rosemount -- Drop-In ?

    Is rosemount still open for drop-in? Any schedule changes?

    they have a pretty complicated system now.. they have a set fee for 10 or odd sessions, which are open only on fridays from 7-10 or something like that. there is no drop in anymore

    omg i haven't posted in here for ages haha....

    Is rosemount even open anymore? cuz last time i went there it was closed...and no one was there...and it was like during after march break! then i went again the nxt friday and there wasn't any again...so i'm jus wonderin if it still opens or not at all??

    TOmike is right. what they did is try to get all only member's (no drop-in) and they opened up signup for all the normal days/times, but even though the other days/times were close to full, only friday night was COMPLETELY full, and so for whatever reason that's the only one that went ahead, and yes, you pay/play for 10 weeks and no guests, it's kind of stupid. a bunch of people who used to play there are now going to george brown, which is becoming more popular now i believe

    By the way, where is george brown? How much and how is the schedule?

    fyi george brown is on king st. a little bit east of jarvis. you enter through the main doors and then go up to the 6th floor, where you'll find the gym. it's $7 and you MUST bring your own feather birds, as they only play with feather and everyone needs to bring birds on the court with them. the times are:

    tuesday, thursday 7-10pm
    sunday 4-8pm
