Without the participation of the Chinese, chances in WD and XD are pretty good for Team INA.

It's good also to see Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo, the 16 yo prodigy from PB Djarum participating in this tourney for the first time. Let's see if he and Lukhi Apri Nugroho can challenge the likes of Nelson Heg/Teo Ee Yi, the 2 Taiwanese BD pairs, and possible the KOR & DEN pairs.

To beat MAS in the Team Event, INA has to secure XD, GD and one of GS or BS.

This year probably represents the best chance for Team INA to win the Team Event & a few Individual Events.

dont forget Japan, Korea, India, Taipei and Denmark.
If Thailand send the best team, they will be a treat too.
Thailand has Thammasin Sitthikom who is very good in MS. Dont know if they send him or not. still 16 yo. beat Riyanto in Thai GP Gold, won the Tangkas Alfamart Junior, and played very well in INA Challenge. Kosit is also not bad.
their GS is always good enough also.
Japan has Momota Kento, Nozomi Okuhara (hope she will be here)...
India has Sindhu PV, Sameer Verma....
Denmark is always good in BS, BD and GS. but i am quite sure, Victor Axelsen will not play here. Let see....
Taipei has strong BD and XD. If Tai Tzu Ying play (no european tour), she will give 1 point for Taipei.
Korea, I think has some good players.... some of their juniors can go to SF and Final of Tangkas Alfamart Junior. and I am sure, there are still some better ones who were not going to Jakarta.
we have so many good talents around the world, should be very interesting WJC, but no China. sigh....

Actually, MAS women is not that strong and Zulfadli can be suspect at times...

MAS CAN get pretty fragile and have 50-50 chance against almost every country...

Suci Rizky Andini/Tiara Rosalia Nuraidah, the 2011 Asian Junior Championship winner and 2009 World Junior Championship runner-up should be INA best hope to win the title here.
