a sad day for the valley. may he rest in peace.

this came from one of the newspaper on a prepare obituary, so very true:

‎"He was 56 when he died, ahead of his time to the very end."

Pretty much growing up hating Apple because I was a PC guy all the way! Today I have a Iphone4! He wasn't perfect, but he inspired a company to make things that worked and looked great. RIP

He was the man. As a guy that has Apple coming out of ying-yang, I'm sad to see him go. I will especially miss his keynote conferences.

A tribute to the great Steve Jobs:

I really like the speech he made to a grad class. Although I was older than his audience when I first heard it, it was a great speech.

Do not go gentle into that good night. Rage rage against the dying of light. ..... He was a fighter all the way to the end. We all shall miss him, foes and Macolytes alike.

Watched the Apple Keynote from Oct 4th Event and it just didn't have that same feel as when Jobs used to do it. The presenters were lacking the charisma Jobs normally brings to such an event. It didn't feel very much like an Apple event where thy could create the suspense and then deliver the goods.

You would think that for a big thing like the iphone 4S announcement, they would spare nothing; in fact it felt a little underwhelming. Oh well, an era is over. On to the new Apple

Where is the other thread?:confused::confused:

How come when this thread was created/titled, there wasn't a notification that another thread is already existing.

No. How do you know that I wear glasses or not? :D:D:D

Usually when I try to create/start a thread, there will be a notification that an existing thread of similar topic is already in our forum.

Now kwun will need to combine the 2 threads together. ;););)
