yes, it will affect the amount of strength you put into your smash.

you are pushing it to the limit..
rest is what you need, one year ago, my body could not cope with badminton, even for one hour game (shoulder, leg, wrist, mostly areas that you used really often)
it gradually becomes better and better, now I can play 4 hours straight without making my body ache on the next day
it takes time, don't destroy your own body, it's not good

You asked for advice. Good advice was given. You chose not to follow it. What else is there to say?

Usually my training in 1 week is
    Skipping 600-800 times
    Shadow training 200-300 times
    Smashing tarining 200-300 times
    Push up About 100 times
Playing badminton 2 times a week
    Am i over training?
should i reduce my training session?

Your shoulder pain is from your smashing practice. Probably from incorrect technique and stroke. Get your timing right before you apply more power and strength.

Looking at tutorial video and doing it right is different thing. You need someone who is knowledgeable (coach) to see you doing your smash and he/she can then tell if you doing it right. You can also video yourself doing smash and post it here so the other members can give you their inputs.

    Smashing tarining 200-300 times

    Push up About 100 times

I think your body can't handle the smash training that you have right now. How about increase the push up a bit to strengthen your arm, shoulder and chest muscle and reducing your smash training to about 100-150 times a week.

I also take a look at smash tutorial, but I have no idea how to do it lol!
it seems all strange because I need to feel it, looking at tutorial might not be enough and could be misleading (especially for smash..)
