Need your views on how would you have started training if you were to start playing badminton after a long layoff!! Fitness or techniques?? What kind off exercises etc? Any suggestion would be appreciated!
if you have court time, technique first. practise all the basic shots especially clears to build up hitting stamina then shadow drills off court try to get some cardio work. speed rope helps a lot.
