Did you get a chance to try them out yet? Are they better than the Champion ace or exactly the same but different name?

The Master line is way better than the Champion line. Tried them both this weekend. The Master is GOOSE where the Champion is DUCK feathers

Where did you get your information from? To my knowledge Champion No. 1 uses goose feathers.

my club ordered a 12 tubes of these, will give report in due time. I have tried the master 1... ok, nothing great but consistent and lasts for a game or more.

I had a chance to compare the Champion 1 to the Master 1. Champion 1 is very hard feeling (good) and flight is spot on! Durability is very good also lasting more than one game. The Master 1 is not as hard but very comfortable with a solid hit feel. Flight is excellent and the durability for average birdie is 2 games. Both very good.

Since they are both close in price, I would have to go with the Master 1 on this due to it's better durability. :)

Before Victor revamped their shuttlecock line, the Champion used to be its top end with goose feathers. That's no longer the case though. Having used both though, for the price, I'd rather play with the Champion 1. Or maybe I just got a bad batch of Master 1. The Ace is really top notch but way too expensive.

    Thanks for confirming this.

My group of players also prefer the Champion No.1 to the Ace.

Can I just ask what the level of players that are using the shuttles to last 2 games, surely the shuttle cannot be getting smashed very hard.

Last weekend I use the champion gold and normally use 2 birds per game. That is why I have been looking at getting the Master Ace if the quality is that much more superior.???
