How do you workout your forearm and wrists JR? Weights? machines? resistence? Swinging heavy racquets with the cover on? I'm wondering what combination do you use.
I would also like to know this JR. I have free weights at home (basically dumbells) and would like to know how to utilize them for badminton training. I dont have much a machine at home since they're so darn expensive and going to the gym is pretty difficult since i dont have a car yet. So any advice would make my day. Pictures or videos of workouts are much appreciated so i know that im doing it correctly.
