I was looking through the threads (forgive me if I did not dwelve deep enough), and am wondering - where can I find KT Tape here in KL ?

Are the any main retailers/authorized distributor for KT Tape ?

Anyone tried KT Tape before? I'm curious about this tape because of my slight shoulder pain.

Quite expensive tho. Called the shop to enquire. The 14 pc set cost RM49.90And the 20 pc set cost RM69.90

How can you tape like shoulder? someone needs to tape it for you but... must be experience?

i saw from the sports shop they have the tape already in a shape and an "eye". you can see them used on their shoulder or knee in pro tennis (li na) or badminton matches. costs RM100 per 10 piece though :S

I found the cheapest place to buy KT tape is at Elite Health and Fitness Products store online:

They have other fantastic products as well and excellent customer service.

I've used a few brands for shoulder and knee issues. For me, the most effective is the RockTape H20. It's extra sticky and doesn't come off when you sweat which happened with a few of the cheaper makes. KT Tape's adhesive wasn't very good for me.

Plenty of instructional videos on youtube too.
