The Gillette Fitness Zone Video series is produced by ESPN-Cricinfo, and the presenter is Adrian le Roux, one of the most respected professional fitness trainers in International cricket today. I think much of what Adrian says and demonstrates is good for the normal badminton enthusiast, and competitive player as well.

Some exercises may not be very relevant to badminton per se, but there will be many here who will benefit from some part of this series.
