Smack-Off: Xu Chen vs Joachim Fischer Nielsen

This popped in my head after watching the French Open Final..

I think it would be entertaining if there is ever going to be a rematch between Fischer Nielsen / Pedersen against Xu Chen / Ma Jin... These guys should really have a pre-match Smack-Off Session. These 2 would really make it a good watch.

Xu Chen pretty much have a very powerful and good smash and that's all to him compared to other top XD men. Not to mention a very high error rate.

XC actually got an injury in his right arm during DO and FO... this was noted from some CHN media during watching CHN team's practice, though XC didn't say anything about such after both competitions... but one could notice that his smash is far less powerful than what he did in TC earlier this year... comfronting the same DAN pair...

but yes i agree a dual between XC and JFN could be entertaining... :d

I can be sure that he hit a 280+ kmh smash in Denmark!
XC sure has lots of power but I feel that everything else is lacking in him to become a top XD male player... (Although Tontowi has some issues himself) However I cannot really recommend another male player to fit the job. HHB ain't that good either.

XC is actually not bad. It's the negative vibes and annoyed looks from MJ that makes him tense and discourages him.
