    Hi All,
I am an intermediate level badminton player. I started off as a kid using carbonex 8 rackets. I am currently looking to hear suggestions for a racket (preferably yonex brand).

I am torn between buying a base racket model in Yonex or some good one in any other brand. Of course budget is the reason I am looking at a economic model. I am a grad student so I am not going to playing a great deal. But I also do not want to end up getting some bad racket in my hand.

Any suggestions about the make and model of rackets you can suggest is greatly appreciated. Looking forward excitedly to get a new racket and get my game going again.

Thanks a lot team badminton central!!

    Hi,
I did not read the guidelines on posting earlier. So just in case you read this.
    1. I am hoping to play at least 4 days a week.
    2. I am mostly a doubles player
    3. I consider my game to be of intermediate level. I started off playing at a pretty early age but could not keep a consistent practice. I have been on and off of playing in between for quiet a few times.
    4. I am looking to buy a budget racket. Not more than $50 to $60.

    At $50-$60...maybe an Apacs racket?
