Just making my maiden attempt to do what chris-ccc has always been doing for us,thanks a lot to him.:)

It's Finals Day and there isn't a single all-same-nation affair, should be well-worth watching with two future singles stars gunning for the titles, namely WS Li Xuerui and MS Wang Zengming, not discounting their respective opponents, WS Yao Jie and MS Hans-Kristian Vittinghus.

    My bet :

    MS : Wang Zhengming
    WS : Li Xuerui
MD : Liu Xiaolong / Qiu Zihan
WD : Mizuki Fujii / Reika Kakiiwa
    XD : Thomas / Kamilla

so 3 to China, and each one to Japan and Denmark

    Prediction
MS - Wang Zhengming over Hans-Kristian Vittinghus
He needs to win to prove that he is going somewhere. This is crucial.

WS - Li Xuerui over Yao Jie
End of the auntie's run, also Li Xuerui should win this based on form, paper, everything...

MD - Issara Bodin/Jongjit Maneepong over Liu Xiaolong/Qiu Zihan
Been following this young Thai pair for quite long. It's time for them to shine. C'mon.

WD - Fujii Mizuki/Kakiiwa Reika over the Swedish pair
No excuse for Mizuki/Reika not to win this.

XD - Thomas Laybourn/Kamilla Rytter Juhl over Chan Peng Soon/Goh Liu Ying
MAS pair did well to reach the final, but they face the vastly experienced ex-world champions!

Just found out that the bitburger live streaming at badmintonlink hahasport has been removed due to copyright infringement but the one at http://www.bitburger-open.de/ should be ok.

Qiu Zihan, wasn't sure if the shuttle was going over the net, cost them the point, 12-13

My predicitions for the remaining matches:

WD: JPN girls are leading 12-4 they should win without problems
MX: the malaysians have been suprisingly good, but the Layborn/Juhl should win it
WS: Don't think Yao Jie will be fit after her three game-match yesterday, she seemed really tired at the end -> Li will win
    MS: I'd say it's a fifty-fifty chance

Yes that genius behind the buttons turns it off in between games and forgot to turn it back on as well as the onscreen scoreboard  , but could be for the music that is playing in the background then. Didn't even hear any sound before the 2nd match and not untill the last points was the sound back.
