There is little information out on this racket, and I would just like to know is there any real difference (or what are the differences) between N55 and N55 II?

They play quite differently.. N55-II is more agile and fast..N55 feels a bit more solid head-heavy both are very powerful.

So would the n55 be comparable to the VT80?

Yes but they feel quite different.. VT80 a little bit more head heavy.. The VT80 shaft-stiffness is nicer imop. the frame and stability is nicer with N55 imop, less tiring, less vibrations overall with the N55.

Thanks for the clarification, I was just wondering because I own both a VT80 and a SW35 and I was looking for something that is still head heavy(ish) but has a more flexible shaft,

One last question, Would the N55 then be more comparable to, say.. a SW35?

    Answering the first question:
N55-II has a conic shaft (thinner towards the head) quicker and more flex, different timing than N55
N55-II good if you play singles & doubles

    If VT80 & SW35 is stiff+, N55 would be stiff- , N55II is Med+

Balance would be Head heavy, between VT80 and SW35.

N55 is more compareble to a softer Arc10, less feel.
