    Sawadee Kap!

Hey, I've found a place in BKK that stocks a particular LiNing racket I'm interested in, but retail one them is an outlandish THB7280, and it's not even an N-Series! He'll give me 25% off, but it's still more than Australian prices which I find quite unbelievable. Should I be able to bargain down more than 25% or would that be plain rude???

What I know is that Thailand has 30%tax on imported luxury good.
I do not think it is rude to bargain down the price, I done that many times in Thailand.
You can always show him the evidence of the selling price in Australia.
If he is not willing to take your offer, just say thank you and leave in good term.

Yeah I managed to get a 30% discount but once I factor in postage, LiNing is no cheaper in Thailand.
