i cannot get a refund in terms of cash. but i can only exchange for another product, which will be another fake product. besides that, i have to pay for shipping. no point.
    you can refund the product
what do you mean you cannot?

many people take refund from this guy after they know their racket is a fake racket
it will be minus S&H (shipping and handling cost) maybe he will refund you around $150
then you can buy a high end Yonex racket from trusted seller

As Avenger said you can get the refund, he says you can get an Exchange OR Refund. You may lose a little bit of cash after shipping but you will end up with money to buy a genuine racket.

He falsely advertised the product as genuine, so it doesn't matter if it has a little chip, it was false advertising in the first place.

The problem is, in order for me to get the serial code, I have scratched the sticker off. The sticker is on the handle, inside the wrapper. So I unwrap the plastic on the handle. Do you think I still can refund?

Dang, I'm sorry that I'm 6 months too late, but I will add my 2 cents in that it's 100% a fake.
