I think Pelatnas and Independent players will dominate the open division.

The list of winners in 2009.

    MS: Sony Dwi Kuncoro
    WS: Maria Kristin Yulianti
    MD: Markis Kido/Hendra Setiawan
    WD: Greysia/Meiliana
    XD: Tontowi/Greysia

I think we will get new winner in the MS and WS divison this year as SDK and MKY not on their top form yet, still struggling with injure. And definitely we will get new champion in XD.

The draw is out, pelatnas are not coming with full strength, most who are coming are second layer.

    From GS U-19
Hanna as the top seed and Rusydina as secon seed. I think the semifinal in top half will be Hanna vs Febtria. And semifinal in bottom half will be Dinar vs Rusydina. But Dinar should be aware of Elizabeth Matindas, if i am not wrong Elizabeth beat Dinar once this year. Hopefully the final will be Dinar vs Hanna :D

    From GD U-19
The top seed and WJC runner up Shella Devi Aulia/Anggia Shitta Awanda are expected to meet Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja/Khaeriah Rosmini in semifinal. And i Aris Budiharti/Dian Fitrianithink another semifinal will be Ririn Amelia/Melati Daeva vs .;)

Ririn/Melati has good record against Shella/Anggia in Sirnas, i expected Shella/Anggia to win the title here.

    From XD U-19
Top seed Putra Eka Rhoma/Aris Budiharti who just enter MAS IC 2011 semifinal are expected to face strong pair Edi Subaktiar/Gloria Emanuelle Widjaja. Bad draw in bottom half, Lukhi/Ririn has to face ne combo from Jaya Raya Alfian Eko/Shella Devi Aulia in QF, and the winner will most likely meet Ade Yusuf/Ketut Mahadewi.

Not sure who will win, tough call.

    From BD U-19
Lukhi Apri Nugroho/Kevin Sanjaya are expected to meet R. Eka Fajar/Rian Swastedian in QF,while Arya Maulana/Edi Subaktiar will face Ronald Alexander/Selvanus Geh in QF. I think the SF match in top half will be Lukhi/Kevin vs Arya/Edi.

On bottom half, i think the SF match will be Hafiz Faisal/Putra Eka Rhoma vs Kenas Adi Haryanto/Sigit Sudrajat.

Pelatnas coming with young gun, Riyanto, Wisnu, Gifar, Andre Marteen, Febriyan, Panji, Vito, Siswanto, Evert, Alrie. I don't think any of them can win the title as i find they are still difficult to beat the senior player who are usually playing in sirnas like Senatria, Fauzi, etc. Hope they prove me wrong :D

    From WS
Some U-17 players from Djarum like Rena Arsela, Arinda Sari Sinaga, play in WS. I think this is due to several withdrawal from Djarum main WS like Fransiska, Ana and Febby. Let's see if pelatnas WS can deliver title here.

    From WD
I expect Suci Rizki Andini/Della Destiara to win the title here.

It's pity some Pengprov have dicision unwisely in choosing their players. So sadly no some young names in Single : Jonathan Christie, Ruselly Hartawan (DKI) and Berliyan Sudrajat (Jatim). This event is good to test them against older & more experiences players.

In last few Sirnas, Jonathan has beaten the elite U-19 Fikri, Ruselly beated Rina Andriani, Faujia Lahia also Berliyan beated Febtria, Faujia Lahia.
PBSI DKI & Jatim maybe considered based on some older performances, ranking or the results of Kejurpov.

Two thumbs up for Pengprov Jateng, 3 GS, 2 BS (U-17) will play in U-19 and 2 GS (U-17) will play in Dewasa (Open Category) to maximize 4 slots in Single.
While Jatim let to send only 2 players in WS Dewasa Sylvinna & Tike Arieda who they are ex PB. Djarum players. This province is left behind in young player developement than Jateng, DKI and Jabar, but they dominated the position of PBSI Official in coaches, Talent scouter & R & D, so weird.

Having looked at the Draw, some pretty interesting match-up in MS:
    R64:
Andreas Adityawarman vs Panji Akbar Sudrajat - a good experience for Panji to be drawn against Adit.

    R32:
Fauzi Adnan [3] vs Andre Marteen - a bad draw for Andre Marteen. He's likely to be an early casualty.

Arief Gifar Ramadhan [7] vs Bandar Sigit Pamungkas - although Gifar is seeded, I am not sure if he can beat Bandar.

    R16:
Alamsyah Yunus [1] vs Riyanto Subagja - Riyanto should have no problem in progressing to R16 and this is where he will be severely tested, against the king of rallies in Alamsyah. It will be a MAJOR RESULT if he can beat Alam!

Wisnu Yuli Prasetyo [5] vs Andre Kurniawan Tedjono - likewise for Wisnu, who's seeded above Andre (surprisingly??). The winner of this match will face Alam in QF.

Siswanto vs Evert Sukamta [8] - Evert should win this and progress to the QF.

Alrie Guna Dharma vs Senatria Agus Setia Putra [2] - both should have no problem reaching R16 and this will again be a test of Alrie's credential to be retained in Pelatnas for next year.

Shesar Hiren Rhustavito also has an easy draw till QF, where he could meet either Ridho Akbar [6], Andreas Adityawarman or Panji Akbar Sudrajat. He needs to reach the SF (fulfill his seeding) to justify that he's indeed one of the top youngsters that we can count on.

The Pelatnas pairs OUGHT TO dominate here! ALL the second-team pairs are fielded and I expect all of them to reach SF:
Suci Rizky Andini/Della Destiara Haris [1] vs Devi Tika Permatasari/Keshya Nurvita Hanadia [3]

Jenna Gozali/Komala Dewi [4] vs Gebby Ristiyani Imawan/Tiara Rosalia Nuraidah [2]

A good test for the new Pelatnas pair Riky Widianto/Richi Puspita Dili. They will test the top-seed Andhika Anhar/Hendra Setyo Nugroho in the QF.

The other Pelatnas pair Irfan Fadhilah/Wenni Anggraini also should fulfill their seeding and reach the Final!

This will be a battle between Djarum pairs and Pelatnas 2nd team pairs. The top-seed Fernando Kurniawan/Wifqi Windarto will possibly be tested by Mohd Ulinnuha/Ricky Karanda Suwardi in the SF.

In the bottom half, Andrei Adistia/Christopher Rusdianto will probably face the third-seed Praveen Jordan/Didit Juang Indrianto in the QF. The winner will take on either Berry Angriawan/Rahmat Adianto or the second-seed Albert Saputra/Rizki Yanu Kresnayandi in the SF.

The battle in the bottom half will also possibly determine who will deserve to stay in Pelatnas next year, if both Pelatnas pairs face each other in the SF (which is very likely).

I am personally hoping for Mohd Ulinnuha/Ricky Karanda Suwardi to win the title here! If they fail, then I think they will need to be split up!

    Some interesting match-ups MS.
    R16:
Ganus Nur Ramadhani [1] vs Yeni Asmarani

Novalia Agustianti [4] vs Elyzabeth Purwaningtyas - Elyzabeth need to get a good result here to prove that she can be counted on in WS!

Renna Suwarno [8] vs Maria Kristin Yulianti

    QF:
Maziyyah Nadhir [6] vs Rosaria Yusfin Pungkasari [3] - the winner of this match should face Rizky Amelia Pradipta [2] in the SF

Re-Draw on Dewasa (Open Category), Pelatnas players represent their province.
The seeding are changed too, Andre Kurniawan Tedjono is placed on seeded-1.

Meanshile the 2011 WJC runner up, Elisabeth Purwaningtyas lost to Silvinna Kurniawan in 3 sets.

Ayu Wanda lost to Novalia. I believe Ayu Wanda will get kicked out from pelatnas soon.
