After last Sun session, my both shoulder over strained.
If not can join you but not Kota Damansara, that's far~~~

aches on both fore arm, elbow, upper arm, upper chests, and stomach
all this caused by the "warm up" not badminton drill, hahah
kept pumping in supplement, protein, milk, chamomile tea, rub ointment now ok already

I suspected the same thing, it's from the 'warm up' excessive! I right hand play but my left shoulder more pain the right! Next time I won't do that 'warm up', prefer my own style.
