for the most part of the first game, i was wondering if the real Lee Chong Wei and Lin Dan was kidnapped and replaced by two imposters. neither of them are really playing like themselves.

LD picked up his game near the end of the first game. while LCW was mostly asleep until LD leads by 8 or so points. then LCW blindly just threw in a bunch of hard smashes that caught LD off guard. LCW unfortunately was unable to keep that pace forever and LD adjusted to it. for the rest of the game, LD just kept cruising along at that pace and LCW faded very quickly.

overall, not the best of matches between these two, too conservative and both seems to be keeping their war chest closed and not revealing their goods.

despite which, there are some really awesome rallies that showed incredible offensive but more incredibly defensive and retrieval skills of these two.
Good observation and analysis unlike some who went over the moon for LD "convincing" victory over LCW.

Whatever it was, LD was definitely the better player today and deserve to win in straight sets.

WSX's lack of a smash killer shot meant that most of her shots are anticipated by Tine. WSX,R.I.P.

If she wants to come back from the dead (and TXH has no time for her),I suggest she seeks her friend LXR's help and train in secret with her - LXR is another great attacker like Wang Xin.

Can you believe it, Tine is 0-8 in H2H vs Wang Xin?! Should the two meet tomorrow, will it be 9th time lucky for Tine? Wang YH is not a sure bet,her H2H is 5-5 vs Tine.

TB s coaches really fantastic with the tactical intelligence. Let s see what they can come up with against the speedy WX next. Is HKO the only tournament that vacuums the court between matches? So that s what spectators pay for as bonus!

WXL's arms are of different sizes, like FHF.

Possible scenario:- CJ walkover CL, and WX walkover WYH tonight, according to a script written by some of you here (riot erupts in the coliseum - as foreseen by madbad - and HK riot squad c/w dogs called in). Tomorrow, CJ walkover LD (and another though smaller-scaled riot occurs but police on hand to quickly maintain order), crowd hisses but quietens down as the WS Final comes on...

Peace, not war. Give peace a chance. Make love, not war.

Seriously, madbad, I better heed your advice and banish the last vestige of hope and feeling I have for her, or,like what someone said, I might die in her hands one day, however more beautiful she is than Wang Lin as Lucida said(though I've a slight preference for Wang Lin's looks).

Yeah, she touched my heart from end last year to the All-England this year, still quite recent, you know, I needs time to get over her. That's why I switched to Wang Xin,not as good-looking but more dependable.

May I suggest more like a wife rather than a gf. You poor soul... you know you can't win, right?
