The string & tension was customised and I need to pay for delivery. so it's better off just sell it with reduced price.

It's the same on DirectSports with the free stringing, but if you bought another racquet at the time you could have got this on a mega deal for £44 and you'd now be making profit.

The mage deal only available when you buy one of a few very expensive rackets. so what "profit" you can make if you have to spend more money on another expensive racket.

I can see you have very limited financial knowledge by saying making profit on this racket. You have to buy an expensive racket to get the mega deal discount. For example, you buy a popular vt80 for £161 and this VT7 from direct sports and get £24 discount (or you call it profit). This discount (mainly from cost saving from the retailer) is about 10% off on these rackets overall. So the real cost of them will be about £145 for VT80 and £61 for VT7. So tell me how can you make a profit on this racket. You will even make a loss if you cannot sell the VT80 above £145, which is very likely.

£60 for a complete new VT7 is reasonably cheaper than people can buy from shop. Someone may want to save 10% on the same new racket he can get from a shop. I don't know why that bother you.
