You might even fit 2E instead of 4E ;)

Based on this guide and converting the unusual 2E-4E into the "normal" C-D-E then yes you would fall under C/2E

    http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/info/index.jsp?categoryId=2715018

    9.5cm (3.74") - 5mm (if you measured by drawing) = ~9.0cm (3.54")

    27.2cm - 5mm (if you measured by drawing)= ~26.7cm

So you have 26.7cm @ 3.5" or 3.7", maybe already add 1cm for room so 27.7cm and you can look it up in the table. BUT still we cannot be 100% sure if C=2E, etc.
As I only wrote a few days ago I have ~27cm and ~11.5cm wide (without 5mm correction) and can still fit Yonex 3E but 4E might be better and Mizuno's tend to be a little smaller so you can never base it on a standardized table. You would think for a company producing top running shoes there would be a table around with widths ...
All I can say is you certainly won't need 4E ;)

    Checking my own measurements against the chart I would fall under E/(4E?). I usually buy 27.5cm so I guess with 27cm-5mm = 26.5cm + 1cm/thumbnail's width = 27.5cm @ (11.5cm-5mm =11cm =) 4.3" (28cm probably still suitable, perhaps not needed with 4E)

I have a version of these shoes and they are Asian size 3 wide. Which to me feels like Yonex or Asics regular fit. But, they are very low profile and there is no room to wiggle my toes. This is a very traditional Japanese indoor court shoe. Excellent grip, soft rubber - not the durable type, no heel height or extra cushioning. Kind of like sprinter shoes. Perfect for competition!

 Is there anything you don't have? :D
Which ones? The Stealth or the Storm? Actually wanted to pick up a pair of the Wave Smash Wide (1) with trademark Mizuno velcro strap before they disappear for good [IMG].

You should check the link here in my earlier: http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php/105073-I-should-buy-3E-or-4E-Mizuno-pls-help-me!!!?p=1797419#post1797419

Measure around your foot at the widest part like here on the red line, this is "girth". Let me know the distance, maybe you will need to wear double socks or extra thick if you take 4E. Maybe you can even fit this 2E http://www.mizuno.jp/catalog/product/7KM130/111006001/
