For doubles is 3U better or 4U?

    3U is heavier and 4U is lighter. Heavier racket will give good intensity for smashes and lighter racket would give faster reflexes. What should one choose for doubles play? And I guess G4 is normal grip size, so is it 3UG4 or 4UG4 for a better doubles play?
