Michelle must have been doing very well as even the Malaysian media is talking about her:

she upset P.V. Sindhu in a close match in the commonwealth games. It sounds like a big win! It's unfortunate that only one other canadian discipline could pull through.

Definitely still playing some of the best matches. She is on the up, and hopefully it stays this way where she'll break top 15 very soon and hopefully top 10 in the future. Great win for her, wish her luck in the gold medal match.

I believe the next few tournaments will define her career in badminton, especially the next time she plays PVS. Hope many games of her life time keep on coming. Thanks Visor. enjoy watching the matches.

I think she is awesome. Not only because her play is so tactical (thinking player), but she exudes mettle in her game. Also, her playing style is hauntingly similar to Ratchanok. I hope this breath of fresh air will get to meet par on par with LXR sooner.

And Michelle staves off 8! game points in G1 to squeak by a very motivated Chapman from England by 28-26, 21-17.

    Talk about mental stamina...

Wonder if she played to the level of her opponent?

Or maybe she peaked during the Commonwealth Games?
