Just want to update my session with the mx60.
confirm my initial feedback that it is a good racquet with user friendly playability.
and yes smashes are still booming and accurate as the first initial session.my timing issue almost gone as i get more time with it.
a note from my experience is backhand shot seems to improve using this racquet,before my backhand clear,drive and even half smash seems a bit dificult to execute.but with mx 60 it is easily execute and bonus is execute with good amount of power with it.
low serve also easy to execute,clear are accurate and finding the back of the court with minimum effort.as a result no more arm and shoulder pain afterwards.
hope u guys find it useful.i am a happy camper with the mx60 and maybe next month
when im due to go to seoul korea i can find some korean coded mx 60.
cheers!!!

I forgot to add. for me the mx60 was excellent value for money.

got a very good deal on it. it was only slightly more expensive than my sw37. And my sw37 was already a good deal for such a great racket.

i'm torn between the sw37 and the mx60. I'm a pure power player, i basically just jump smash all day long? any suggestions? I like a balance point of around 300 because thats what im used to, but my drives and defense are a little slow sometimes, so i was thinking about going a little more headlight. i use 4/5 stiffness and have no problem with power but when you're smashing that much i'm hoping the medium flex will help with some power when i get tired. i play doubles mostly, but i play singles aswell. someone told me once i play like jung jae sung. any suggestions for which racquet to choose? thanks in advance

tranqq,
for me between sw37(4u) and mx60(4u)
1) mx60 feels more direct (stiffer) for me compare to the sw37. Also, the sw37 has a slight whippy feeling for me
2) sw37 bp - 290mm mx60 bp - 297mm
hence, mx60 feels heavier when you hold the racket statically in front of you. But I feel that the mx60 actually swings a tad faster.
both racket are easy to handle for me.
since you are coming from a stiffer racket. I would suggest a mx60Last edited by ssgg007; 02-27-2012 at 02:06 AM.

just realised why the mx60 feels stiffer than the sw37
mx60 = 7.2 shaft
sw37 = 7.0 shaft

My defense is lacking..and my drives arent great. I was hoping for a happy medium in strength and speed

tranqq,
not sure how you ended with 300mm bp. are you not using an overgrip?
because according to the spec I can find.... your rackets dry bp is only 285±3 mm

i use 3 wilson overgrips. where did you find these specs?

guess the spec they listed must be wrong. But how the hell is your racket still 300mm bp with 3 overgip?
anyway, for you. maybe you should consider mx60 or mx70.
for drives. have you took a look at these videos? http://www.youtube.com/user/coachingbadminton/videos
