Ask your coach first . I thought you should ask your coach first (those questions) before you ask us. Not knowing how you perform your strokes/footwork techniques, how are we be able to help you? .
Thanks For Your Replied , if i ask my coach , sure he talk alot about me i just wanna ask about the strug of my racquet , 26lbs does suitable for me ? you can imagine that i am a no strength people . but dunno why , sometimes i can hit very hard until out
. If you have no strength and/or have a slower racket swinging/hitting speed, then you should play with lower string tension. Higher string tensions are for players who have higher swinging/hitting speed. .
hahaa? my school ? lol , my school activity was sucks , not indoor and alot of wind , no net too my team ? omg , when i lost 1 points , there sure blame me , but when they lost , they also blame me . i don't think how bad am i , i just cover , play . and i am single player . anyway , i will train hard , change my string to BG66 25 or 24lbs
sigh sad case , i just broke my racket Apacs Nano 9900 . the head break during training with lob .. dunno what problem is that . have to buy a new racket , so what racket u guys recomended ?
