Hi guys, I need a recommendation for shoes as now I'm using Yonex Ultima but cant remember the model no.

My feet are wide and my doctor just inform me that I'm actually flat footed and thats why my feet ache when I go for a long distance walk. Budget wise I'm ok with any as long as it can protect my leg. I tend to sprain my ankle a lot coz the doctor said that my leg tendons are all quite loose maybe due to soccer time when I'm in school.

Please help me to recommend :) Thank you :)

If you are flat footed u can try the new basketball shoes and double up as badminton shoes, they are lighter n flatter as in not so high arch IMHO cos I just bought a pair of Nike air zoom for bball to play badminton with it and it.If not then you will need to go to queens way n test your way around from the various badminton shoes.

if you're flat footed, you still need to wear orthotics to support your medial arch, for regular walking standing, and especially during sports ie. badminton

the shoe itself does not help your flat foot at all

I am also flat footed and my recommendation from Foot Solutions was to create a sole that would suppot my arch. The real case for it though is to make sure that you actually get the right recommendation for this.
