    2011 Super Series Finals: Day 1 - Wednesday 14-December

    What I know;
    * There will be 2 sessions on Day 1.
    * The first match of Session 1 will commence in 19 hours' time.

    We will have live-streaming from BadmintonWorld.TV (BWF's Channel);
    http://www.youtube.com/badmintonworldtv#p/l

    I have checked tournamentsoftware for the links for;
    * The Schedule of Matches
    * The Draws,
    but there is nothing at tournamentsoftware at the moment. :eek::eek::eek:

    The OSIM site gives the following link for the WSS Finals.
    http://www.wss-finals.com/
    Unfortunatley, it defaults to Chinese language.
    Maybe someone can help us with it...

    Edit: That collage pic on the home page there makes the players look like some tortured souls from out of hell.

    I believe Rudy mentioned on another thread that the draw would be made only a little before?

    That banner pic must be a candidate for the worst landing page in professional sport.
    I take back my words.
    It's a hands-down winner. No contest. Walkover.

    I believe that Sandy is waiting for the DRAW, before creating the PAW Game of this tournament for us.

    Hahaha... Lin Dan and Chen Long are drawn in the same group. I hope CBA won't match-fix LD-vs-CL, when playing in this group (Mens Singles Group B). :p:p:p

    It is easy for CBA. LCW will top his group and up to CBA to arrange (not manipulate) who to play him in the SF.

    Poor LCW. I think he would prefer LD.
    LD paid him a visit at the locker room and they looked to be close friends.
    CL didn't do that.

    Ok, see this.My opinion is that the late draw may be good for regular competitions due to known reasons. Yet for a festive competition like SSF, the season's climax, in which the qualifiers are limited and only be confirmed a couple of weeks prior to the competition, the draw could be earlier to build up the atmosphere...

    Having a draw done will not help promote this event.....everybody knows who will be there...I don't understand why this is big issue...I prefer this way..Draw it LIVE!

    Who said that. LYD withdraws? Just checked with Alvent and he has not been asked by BWF to replace lyD yet.
